課程概述 |
從超過一世紀之前，Warren and Brandeis首次於當代法學框架下提出隱私權的概念起，究竟何謂隱私便引此許多哲學家與法律學者的討論。尤其在當代資訊科技蓬勃發展下，對於隱私概念的釐清更為迫切。本課程將從歷史的回溯開始，討論早期對於隱私的概念定義。後半學期則著重於討論資訊化的社會下對於隱私概念的重新定義。 |
